Larra $425
Fresh as the day "at the morn," the brilliant colors
of this hand painted silk panel capture the
vibrancy of morning glories in full bloom, creating
a romantic setting for the names of the bride and
groom and the wedding date. Surrounding the
panel is an iridescent white and silver sequined
trim, appliquéd to a wedding white, hand
embroidered Battenburg lace canopy, edged with
iridescent white satin cord and bordered by
flowing white satin fringe. Does NOT include
shipping.
Approximate overall dimension: 44" x 65"
Victorian Romance $525
A delicate celadon silk panel of hand painted ivy
and wild roses forms an oval garland surrounding
the bride's and groom's names and the wedding
date, further adorned by a whisper pink satin rose
nesting on an oversized silk "leaf" in each corner.
The panel, trimmed in white and silver sequined
ribbon, is appliquéd to an exquisitely detailed
and intricate Battenburg lace canopy, skirted
with a valance of Battenburg lace and topped off
at each corner with a large satin bow. Does NOT
include shipping.
Approximate overall dimension: 44" x 62"
Love Doves $575
With the ambiance of an antique, Love Doves is
individually painted with a gentle water color
palette. Four Picasso-like doves holding a banner
inscribed with the names of the bride and groom
and wedding date grace the silk panel, appliquéd
with satin ribbon to a canopy intricately hand
crocheted in a snowflake pattern. The entire piece
is bordered with a valance of a fisherman's net
pattern crochet and charmingly accented by a
series of miniature tassels. Does NOT include
shipping.
Approximate overall dimension: 53" x 76"

Celebration $1250
Our exuberant ancestors come to life in this
modern interpretation of the traditional wedding
celebration. Each midnight blue velvet dancer is
trimmed in gold and appliquéd onto a
hand-loomed silk weaving reminiscent of
Joseph's brilliantly multi-colored coat, laced with
strands of gold. Symbolizing the traditional
handkerchief, the center panel of silk proudly
proclaims the bride's and groom's names and the
wedding date. The entire canopy is bordered by
a valance, which when later turned inward,
becomes the frame for a unique and memorable
wall hanging. Does NOT include shipping.
Approximate overall dimension: 43" x 83"
Jerusalem at Dawn $1725
The subdued glow of Jerusalem stone glimmering
in the first light of dawn is the inspiration for this
masterful original work of art. The rose streaked
sky over the Old City is the background for the
names of the bride and groom and wedding date.
Trimmed with a woven bronze ribbon, the silk
painting is appliquéd onto a diamond patterned
brocade of palest ivory and gold. The hand cut
valance is edged in gold braid and festooned
with tassels. Elegant, sophisticated, and dramatic,
this chupah recreates the opulent ambiance of
King David's royal tent. Does NOT include
shipping.
Approximate overall dimension: 53" x 70"
Can a wedding canopy be used in any ceremony? Absolutely! A wedding canopy can add a personal touch to any wedding. Chose from any of the designs you see here or discuss a custom design with us. Create a family tradition and treasured heirloom to pass down through many generations.
What is a Chupah? Aside from it’s different spellings - chuppah, chupa, chupah, to coin a few, it is representative of the house you will share as a married Couple. The wedding canopy is the "precursor" to a very special day - probably one of (if not the most) important times of your life. It sets a tone for what is to come and the care and concern you place in choosing your "chupah" will make a difference in how you feel about being married under it and how you will view it for the rest of your lives in your photos.
